“I’m Fernanda Fernandes, a woman with a camera in hand in search of sensory experiences. Through photography, I discovered that I can connect very different universes by using it as the powerful instrument it is, capable of bringing visibility to causes I believe in, such as indigenous, environmental, etc. And it was through an experience in a multiethnic indigenous village that the captures of this trip to Chapada dos Veadeiros, in Goiás, were born. A place where the possibilities of connection with the land and water are infinite.” “Traveling is the best way to lose and find yourself at the same time.” Places we capture, with camera or cellphone, to always stay close to the beauty of the locations, the energy. Listening to stories, giving and receiving smiles. Traveling is putting our lives in a constant adventure. The true journey of discovery is not about looking for new landscapes, but about having new eyes. Traveling is taking dreams around the world and bringing back memories. Getting to know new cultures, learning, and educating ourselves.
