2023 11 Exhibition “Lume” – curated by Vera Simões – Casa de Portugal – SP
“Lume” is the result of a process that emerges from the darkness of the human soul. It consists of three series that emerge from the shadows to find the light. Similar to fire in its most primal form, which requires three components, forming the “fire triangle,” necessary for the chain reaction that produces the flame to begin.
A flame that reveals in each image the strength and delicacy; reason and sensitivity; the fury and delirium of being a woman.
