Does it refer to physical phenomena? Or to life in general? What is the essential quality? What disposition? Do they belong to the same segment? To the same culture?
There will be many questions related to this title: “What kind of nature?” The main idea is to provoke inquiry, leading us to the source of essential elements such as water, air, energy, and food. And to understand how art fosters this discovery.

2022 Collective Exhibition Celebrating Saramago – Photographic Prose – Curated by Renato Negrão – São Paulo
As a woman and, therefore, often silenced, I couldn’t choose another book than this one, which vehemently criticizes the silence imposed on a society. Especially, “Poema à boca fechada” caught my attention because, as a photographer, I don’t speak words, I speak through images. I write with light and shout in black and white to give voice to women of all colors, races, and beliefs.
